Sri LankaThanks to its geographical shape, Sri Lanka is sometimes also referred to as the Teardrop of India. To complete the visual image, the country's perimeter consists of beautiful sandy beaches that stretch over a thousand kilometres. Sri Lanka boasts dive sites all around its southwest coast: Bentota, Negombo, Hikkaduwa, Tangalia, Galle, and more. See Sri Lanka's diverse marine life at Bentota, where a whole variety of tropical fish such as barracuda, clownfish, lionfish and triggerfish can be seen.

Sri Lanka is also famous for its considerable range of adventure activities. Go snorkelling at Hikkaduwa's Coral Sanctuary, rafting down the Kelani River alongside rich vegetation, or tour the inspiring ruins at Polonnaruwa and Anuradhapur by bicycle.
